mother, a daycare provider, a sleep consultant, and a business owner
I have been where you are, the sleepless nights, the reading of endless sleep books, the crying, the trying, the pure exhaustion. I am a mother of one beautifully challenging daughter ☺ I made my way through the tough nights of waking every 2 hours, of feeding back to sleep, of trying to let her “cry it out” and by the time she was about 1 and a half years old we finally got a full night of sleep. I tried maneuvering through it all on my own. I so wish I knew then what I know now; I so wish I would have reached out to a sleep consultant. Trying to help your baby sleep on your own, without the proper knowledge, while sleep deprived, is so incredibly hard. I gave up endless times. But now, thanks to the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management, with my knowledge as a certified sleep consultant I can ensure you don’t have to go through what I went through. You don’t have to struggle through it alone for years to come like I did.
I am a mother, a daycare provider, a sleep consultant, and a business owner. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and have been working with children for over 15 years. My love for children and helping families is my passion. I have worked in daycares, as a 4K teacher, as a nanny, and currently as an owner of an in-home daycare while providing sleep consulting to families all over the United States. I know first-hand the struggle we go through as a family to get good sleep. I know the tremendous differences there are in children and their need for different approaches when it comes to learning. Learning the skill of independent sleep is no different.
