What's new on Nessle?

Last week we released Expert Pages, your own dedicated page to showcase yourself and all of your services. We've received a lot of feedback that y'all wanted to be able to show all of your services at once and have a place to send parents that is outside of the expert search experience. So, now when you share your share link it will take parents to your new page and when you share service links it will also bring them to the service within your new page. There is no action needed to set this up! But if you'd like to customize your colors, edit your bio or any other info on the page you can do so from the "Profile" tab. Lastly, these pages include some additional SEO optimizations! So over time we expect to see more organic search traffic. As always, we welcome any feedback!

This week we did a big release of payment updates! This includes...

• The ability to add payment plans to your Nessle services and for parents to choose from the payment plans you offer
• The ability to send one-off payment requests
• The ability to set a cancellation policy that the parent sees when purchasing and is reminded about when cancelling a session (please note, cancelling payments and issuing refunds do not happen automatically, but can be performed in your client folders)

Hi Nessle Experts! Last week we released the ability to...

• Mark services as "Featured" in your storefront. This enables you to set which services should show up first.
• "Duplicate" services. This is super helpful if you want to offer custom pricing for a client. You can easily duplicate the service, update the pricing and give access just to those who should get the discount.
• "Archive" services that you don't want to show up in your storefront for now, but may want to revisit later.
• "Delete" services that you're done with and don't want showing up in your account anymore.

We hope these will help you better organize and customize your storefront!

HIPAA compliant video links are now automatically added to your Nessle 1-on-1 and group virtual sessions! These links will set you up with an Amazon Chime video conference where you can use video, chat and share your screen. If you would like to turn off the automatic link generation you can do so by editing the services in your storefront.

Hi experts! You can now bundle together multiple 1-1 sessions, group sessions and resources into a single offering for sale with packages. Here's a demo of how to build a package to sell in your storefront:

In our latest release, Nessle Experts can now add On-Demand Resources to their Nessle Storefront! These are downloadable files, such as a Sleep Guide or Birth Class, that you can sell to parents who want an immediate resource. The files will automatically be delivered to them upon purchase.

Nessle experts, you're now able to set access restrictions on the services you add to Nessle! These new features will give you more freedom to create services that are only available to existing clients, create custom services for a specific client or share services via link that aren't publicly searchable.

The following options are now available:

• Public (default) = Searchable, shows up on your profile and viewable via share link
• My Clients = Viewable on your profile and via share link to your clients on Nessle
• Anyone with link = Viewable via share link
• Shared with specific clients = Viewable on your profile and via share link to the clients you choose
• Private = Viewable only to you

We've added a new section to the site called "Income and Expenses". It includes line-items for each transaction on Nessle, charts, the ability to track your expenses and export capabilities. Consider it a more-detailed upgrade from the previous "Earnings" section!

Our latest release is the beginning of a series of new features to help Nessle experts manage their client relationships. Experts can now invite clients to Nessle and keep all details in a client "folder" including their upcoming and past sessions, notes, messages and much more to come.

Parents have a similar view of the experts they have had sessions with or been invited to connect with, which gives them an easier way to interact with each other.
